This week we attended the celebration of the installation of the 5th Public Access Defibrillator for Princes Risborough. The event marks the installation of the 17th PAD in the Risborough Area representing over £34,000 investment into the Rural Communities in the last two years.

Chairman, Mark Tubb welcomed those attending and thanked everyone for their generous donations. He added that heart failure being highlighted as one of the most likely causes of sudden death by the NHS we are pleased to be able to play our part in combating this threat. In improving the availability of this life saving equipment to the Community we aim to improve the chances of recovery by enabling action to be taken at the earliest opportunity.

Five more locations are planned for installation shortly which will bring the total installed to twenty two.

We are honoured to be a part of such a great cause, and look forward to continuing our support of the Rural Community Defibrillator Group.
